Have you called AU and been given the run-around?

Post by Jason R » Oct 18th 2002, 8:04 am

If it involved credit card double or triple charges or a refund request that they have denied, please also submit to the http://drygrass.com/mscl site and email me at jasonr@mscl.com.

I am forwarding ALL of these emails to Authorize.net. However, this is the best way of doing it without posting the individual's email address.

You deserve to get your charges corrected and/or to get your money back.

Thanks,
Jason Rosenfeld

Jason:

Just e-mailed you. Promised a CC refund by Mike McCullough; to date not received.
Appreciate your assistance in trying to help us get our refunds.

Should we email you if we used a debit card?

As far as i can tell the drygrass site just generates the following-

Mike McCullough has taken your problem out of the queue. This is usually a sign that it has been processed, however, Dry Grass Partners, LLC cannot control how the site is used. If this email is in response to a billing error, we recommend allowing 1-3 business days for the change to post. If it does not show up in this time, call 888-5-COMICS or call your credit card company.

Yet no refund is ever processed. Has anyone got a refund or diffrent response from the drygrass site?

Some people have, but very, very few. Mike is just "processing" the things through the form and then not doing anything with them.

But, don't let that stop you from filling out the form. You have a 20% chance of receiving a refund.

Oh good! I'm going to go fill it out five times then.

Actually, I already went to my bank and filled out all the forms to contest it there. I'm through waiting on AU. I don't know why I waited as long as I did in the first place.

I've sent a request via the Grygrass form but it's all going through my credit card company from now on. AU will never come through with a refund IMO so I'm getting my money back while they still have a merchant account left.
