I'm guessing you are referring to the LEgend DVD. Did you get the 2 disc version with the directors cut and the original theatrical cut? A great movie, definitely one of my faves. And Mia...mmmmm ![]()
I even watched that crap tv movie "Queenie" because she was in it. At least I got to see her in that sexy belly dancing costume!

Ah, I like favourite lists. Here are my fav movies:
- Titanic (don't flame me for this one) - Star Wars: Attack of the Clones - Frantic - Ordinary People - Romeo + Juliet - The Matrix (Reloaded) - The Talented Mr Ripley Other movies I like a lot: - Blade Runner - All three Terminators (since I've seen them for the first time about two weeks ago) - Conspiracy Theory - Batman and Batman Returns - U-Turn - Catch Me If You Can - eXistenZ "My parents keep asking how school was. It's like saying, 'How was that drive-by shooting?' You don't care how it _was_, you're lucky to get out alive."
I looooove Ghost World. I love Thora Birch in it. Steve Buscemi is one of my favorite actors. They were perfect together. I've watched it dozens of times and could watch it a dozen more times. - Jim

Yup, the conspiricy research community rarely gets such good publicity. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a sudden urge to go and purchase a copy of The Catcher In The Rye... ![]() ![]() I have never killed a man, but I have read many obituaries with great pleasure.
-- Clarence Darrow I didn't attend the funeral, but I sent a nice letter saying I approved of it. -- Mark Twain
Some of my favourite movies (the ones I can think of right now):
Star Wars (all of them) Indiana Jones (all, but I like the Last Crusade best - "You were named after the dog?!") Lord of the Rings Titanic Top Gun Monty Python - Holy Grail and Life of Brian Centrestage (terrible acting but I just love the dance sequence at the end) Baz Luhrman's Romeo and Juliet Castaway ET The Neverending Story Labrynth Guess Who's Coming to Dinner Ever After 10 Things I Hate About You The Patriot I'm trying to think of something Aussie, but I guess Romeo and Juliet counts... kinda.

Just thought I'd share some of my faves.
Bridget Jone's Diary Emma Sense and Sensibility Signs Matrix Bullets over Broadway Office Space Wild Things House of spirits The Others Moulan Rouge Breakfast Club These are the movies that I can watch over and over and never get bored. Of course there of tons of indies I have seen that have maybe impacted me more, but when I am in the mood for a veg on the couch--I will likely reach for one of these! Nik
“Well, I guess it depends on how-- badly you need wallpaper” “I would say pretty badly” That's why I love it so much. Kind of Hitchcock. When I saw it in the theatre, it felt like it was happening to me. So surreal! Nik

Elling, a Norwegian film, is definitely one of my new favorites. It is a beautiful film, and exquistely tender. RENT IT!!!
Constants (currently ): Lost in Translation Chunyang (Beautiful story, erotic, and stunningly filmed-- brilliant colors) Harold and Maude Almost Famous (What are people's opinions of the Bootleg? generally I like it, but I think some additions make the film weaker) Royal Tanenbaums Rushmore Office Space Next Stop Wonderland Big Lebowski Manhattan (Huge Woody Allen Fan!!) Other fav's (some aren't great films, but there is something in them...): Stealing Beauty (my high school favorite) Lord of the Rings Everyone Says I love You Magnolia Requiem for a Dream Love Lisa (actually EVERYTHING with Philip Seymor Hoffman) Punch Drunk Love Pretty in Pink Dead Poets Society Clerks Breakfast Club Good Will Hunting Pleasantville The Graduate The Castle A Beautiful Thing Splendor in the Grass It's a Wonderful Life Reality Bites Romeo and Juliet Pride and Prejudice Dog Fight Grosse Pointe Blank ChungKing Express Fight Club Shawshank Redemption Ghost World Empire Records (Check out the extended version DVD) Say Anything (love Cussak!!) (Is the extended DVD good?) Dogma Everything Monty Python It's My Party Double Happiness Shag Pecker Most Gene Wilder films (Don't Start the Revolution Without Me is the best) Princess Bride Although they both deviate from their orginal texts to an almost shameful degree, Ethan Hawkes' Hamlet (even included it in my senior thesis) and Great Expectations (I LOVE this director and all his green films, and love the painting with the lovers coming out of the mouths of the fish and bird to kiss) Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon Sandlot Inventing the Abbotts Star Wars, Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi (Empire is my fav of the three "I'm nice men" I LOVE Harrison!! (Raiders of the lost Arc and Last Crusade are good too!) Absolutely HATE the new ones, but I'll still see the last one, I mean you have to don't you?) Favorite movies to make fun of: A Bronx Tale, All I Wanna Do, and Crazy Beautiful I know there are more, but this is what comes to mind, I do realize it's a lot Sometimes I write a little MSCL fanfiction: https://www.fanfiction.net/u/1039807/Jody-Barsch
