question about refund formquestion about refund formIt probably says on here somewhere, but where do I get the refund form? I don't think I ever received anything about it. Thanks for your help!
Email them at customerservice@anotheruniverse.com or mscldvd@anotheruniverse.com and request a claim form. They are supposed to mail you a form which you then return to them. Eons later, they may or may not process your refund.
