We are not alone... another company has billing problemsWe are not alone... another company has billing problemsAnother company has had a double charge episode. I subscribe to xm satellite radio and they apparently had a 'billing error'. I'm back to that familar task of checking my credit card activity only this time it's my debit card. Unlike au, they seem to be addressing the problem quickly. Their 800 number has a detailed message about the mistake and a promise to correct within 15 days. If your curious, 1-800-852-9696, Option 5. So anyways, I wonder who does their credit card processing? Are these double charge mistakes more common than I was aware?
