I got my DVDs but no bonus disk or lunchbox!?!

I got my DVDs but no bonus disk or lunchbox!?!

I live in Australia and just got my DVDs today, but they didn't send me the lunchbox or the bonus disk!?! :( I ordered in early March so I should be eligible for the lunchbox as well. Anyone else in the same boat? And how do I(we) get the extra stuff we paid for?

Ken, glad that DVD finally arrived :) but disappointed with no bonus disk :? :cry:

The lunchbox and bonus disc will (hopefully) get shipped later.
