It's called another AU lie.

Fool me once, shame on you.
Fool me twice, shame on me
Fool me 3 or more time, I must be dealing with AU

I tried to warn people about this. Right after someone said that the gift certificates should be included with DVDs so people could order something now. Ross responded "that's a good idea and we'll do that."

They didn't do it.

Either we wil never see them and they have no intent to send them. Or.. they were more ocncerned about getting the actual DVDs to us and will ship the extras later. But I obviously have my doubts.. why would I? Not much has gone right with this project.

Foreign orders will ship on or about the 15th.
The LB and bonus disk will ship in the middle of December.

Respectfully
Mike

Hmmm, from the vague "beginning of December" to the nebulous "middle of December." It's like deja vu all over again.

It's in the details...no mention of what YEAR the LB and bonus disc would ship.

Tee-Shirt

Post by lance » Nov 14th 2002, 3:01 pm

Hey guys,

Speaking as someone who actually got the tee-shirt, its not that great. A very simple, cheap cotton shirt with black writing. Looked much better online then in person and it doesn't hold up really well in the wash.

Just an FYI

When did you get your shirt, and were you one of the first 2500 to place an order? Did you get the other tid bits they were supposed to give the fans, such as the lunch box and gift certificate?

The only people who have shirts right now are the people who ordered them from AU and paid for them (and paid extravagent amounts of shipping outside the US). The free shirts will supposedly be shipped with the lunchbox and bonus disc. Can't wait for Ross to start taking everyone's shirt sizes as he promised. THAT won't be a huge fiasco. Of course it will only be a fiasco if they actually follow through with yet another Ross promise. Chances of that? Not so good.

i ordered a t-shirt (and since I'm in the uk paid more for it's postage than some sites are charging for the entire series on dvd!) -
for those of you that didn't cancel - I hope you get one, because I think mine is rather spiffy!
