how do you find out your order number? (if you lost it)

Yes, I need to know mine as well. I submitted this question on the drygrass site and e-mailed Ross.. but I have yet to receive my order number.

This probably isn't very reliable, but I remember Ross once saying that all they needed to cancel was your name and email address (maybe physical address also).

I got my double-charge refunded w/o ever knowing my order number (I don't have access to 8-month old e-mails from previous computers). It took a while though.
