I have no news to contribute right now. All that I know is that BMG has not been paid for the DVDs and the announced meeting did not occur.

Pursuant to my previous email, I am going to make this announcement and stay off of the message board until the deadline of 10/16 at 5:00PM (end of business for BMG). I will still delete any additional attempts to post my personal information. If I receive any calls, I will report them to law enforcement.

I, more than anybody, desperately want to see AnotherUniverse.com deliver this DVD to the customers. I desperately want this. For the CMI Holdings investors who think that I have it out for them, NO. I want your company to deliver the product it promised to its customers. However, if your company does not deliver the product, I will cooperate with any and all governmental authorities.

Additionally, I will email all petition signers at 8:00 PM EDT if BMG is not paid in full for the DVDs. This deadline coincides with another deadline. If BMG is not paid by this time, the DVDs intended for Another Universe are going to the other retailers. If the payment is not made, or sufficient proof of payment provided, I will recommend that all customers cancel their orders immediately.

I will provide Attorney General complaint forms and credit card dispute forms in a downloadable format. I will also ask all people who paid by check or money order to report their orders to the customer service site.

All that anybody wants is for this product to be delivered as promised. It is imperitive that BMG and GWhiz be paid in full so that the product can be delivered.
