Ok, so where is the over charge calvary!??!

It's been a while since I have seen any postings from any one official. So whats the hold up?

Are you guys personally typing in the credit card numbers and hitting the "credit" button?

I have had personal help from Jason on getting my plight taken care of, which I appreciate the effort, but it ain't got me nowhere. My credit card company is tired of me calling them every night for the last THREE WEEKS!!!

I just got off the phone with Wade from AU and I asked to see if/when I was going to be recieving my refund...He looked my order # up in the computer and I am on file as having an order (yay) that is ready to ship as soon as the DVDs get there (yay) and that I need a $79.98 credit (yay). Unfortunately, he could not give me any other kind of info except that "the accounting department is really backed up auditing 4,000 accounts making sure everything is up to date for when the DVDs get to our docks." So unfortunately that is all the news I have and I guess I'll just be checing my online checking everyday to see if I've recieved my refund...
