who here still hasn't cancelled

Hello everyone-

I still have not cancelled...I do not know why- other than the frustration it would undoubtedly cause...I am still owed $230 for the two overcharges...a week and a half after exchanging e-mail with Ross I have not gotten the "info" he said he would get back to me with...I am insanely frustrated at the money they have taken from me and yet I wait. I am seldom this tolerable with customer service, but I do not know what to do- and who has time to fight for something they've paid for. I bought this in June for myself as a gift as I started my first professional post-art school job and yet I am still waiting. Argh, sorry for any awkward sentences- I don't have any more energy to waste on this situation (and that includes editing my own writing).

I haven't cancelled yet - but I have pre-ordered at Amazon. The way I look at it, if I get two sets I'll be even happier if I only have one

As I'm in the UK (and it looks like the set isn't going to be available in the UK), perhaps I'll be able to sell any duplicate I end up with.

I haven't cancelled either. I'm still trying to get back my $115.00 overcharge and, at this point, don't want to start emailing and calling AU about something else.

That's my situation, pretty much. I'm still hoping they'll come through with the bonus disc and the lunchbox, so I haven't cancelled. I did order from Amazon, though, to make sure I at least get the DVDs. I won't have any trouble finding a home for a second set of DVDs if AU comes through.

The thing is, they still owe me $115, and I'm a bit wary of pressing that issue while still keeping my order open. Kind of between a rock and a hard place, really.

I still haven't cancelled my order. I called AU a couple of days ago and was told that I will get a whole bunch of stuff (lunchbox, t-shirt, gift cert, authenticity cert, bonus disc, free shipping, and something else) and that the DVDs would be coming soon. I am not saying that its true or I believe them, I am just saying that is what they told me.

has anyone else been told this? I am certain my order at AU is still in queue, but I am not receiving communique from them regarding the above, for instance, or the gift certficate offered by ross. I need some incentive not to run. like strawberrygirl, I kissed the original money goodbye ages ago and have a backup order at amazon as well. there's no shame, though, in admitting that I'm for sale. if ross et a;. throw enough free goodies at me, I could be persuaded to stick it out.

No, it's not awful - it's exactly what Ross wants. I already responded to your question in another thread, but since you asked twice here is the link to the post regarding what Ross claims he will give you if you don't cancel. Keep in mind that we haven't heard anything about this "we'll make sure you get the right size t-shirt" thing since.

Just remember to take any of Ross' promises with a grain of salt. He hasn't exactly been the bastion of truth in dealing with this series. There has been nothing outside his posts here to indicate anyone who ordered will be getting anything extra, and from the sounds of things, even the originally planned lunchbox and bonus disc are STILL vaporware at this point.

im still waiting, and for the life of me i just dont know why. why im keeping my hard earned money and investing it into a shitty company, and yet it really is only about the dvds. i want them. i will get them. eventually. waiting seems like the only thing to do, but how much longer can we f***ing wait?
i just dont know what to think.
