Isn't it funny how it's always the "guests" who try to cause trouble??

I work in the customer services department of a major uk mobile phone network (a very COLOURFUL one), and I really feel for that poor guy at AU.COM answering all those calls - it's amazing what people think they can say to you just becouse your on the other end of a phone.

I've had problems with my order too, maybe only slight ones, but when a company deals with something like this there is always going to be a small percentage of problems, and let's not forget, everyone's learning here, and once again WE ALL KNEW THIS WHEN WE ORDERED.

I'm getting REALLY ANNOYED now with all these moaning "guests" who daren't even show who they are. THEY MUST FEEL REALLY PASSIONATELY ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE SAYING (by the way sameritech - that is what we call sarcasm)...
If I was complaining about something I felt this passionately about I am bloody sure I would want to put my name on there, to stand by what I have said.

Has anyone traced who this person is??
