Will the bonus material still arrive "early october?&quIt was expected that the bonus material (lunch box, bonus dvd) would arrive in early October; however, this was expected when the MSCL box set was expected to ship Sept 17th.
Should we expect this bonus material before the box set, after, or around the same time? Just a thought seeing as how everyone is waiting for BMG to ship the disks to Sacramento and off to the customers. Katarpillar
