international isolation!!!!!!!international isolation!!!!!!!As an international customer I am really starting to feel isolated, I would phone up AU personally but I am a poor student who has bills to pay etc and literally cannot justify spending money on an international call!!!!!
I am one of the thousands to be double charged sending my credit card over its credit limit, resulting in me being given a higher level of intrest to pay and not enough money to pay for food!!!! Just wondering if international customers will be credited at a later date or if AU are simply going through a list of customers that this has happened to. I am just really worried that nothing is being done about it since I have not received any communication and I really would like this sorted out,(i guess like everyone). Its lucky I discovered this site on Sunday or I would not have a clue as to what is going on, Does anyone know who I would contact to find out the status of my order? I just want to double check that I am actually down as being in the first 2500 as I paid my pre-order deposit, I would also like to make sure that my shipping details and clarification that I have actually paid has been noted. With all the problems that I have been going on I am a little worried that this will be messed up as well and i will be left with my worn out 4year videos of mscl ![]() Sorry for the moaning comedown and waste away with me,
Re: international isolation!!!!!!!international phone calls aren't very expensive anymore (I'm a student too) - or visit one of your enemies to use their phone
![]() so my advice is: call them! IMHO good invested money. after the phone call all your questions will be answered. The money won't be back after the call, but at least you'll know what's going on and if your order is ok. From the forum FAQ:
Customer Service Form: http://www.drygrass.com/mscl Email: dvdsupport@anotheruniverse.com It appears there is a backlog of about 1 week on the customer service form as I filled it out last week and received notfication yesterday that the accounting department would be giving me a refund. I can't really say that there is any advantage to the form versus email verus a telephone call. Based on the poll, a lot of us are still waiting for our refunds from the mysterious "accounting department". If the overcharge has put you over the credit limit, you need to call your credit card company and let them know that the charge was unauthorized. One of the reasons people use credit cards is that they offer consumer protections against fraud. If it is a really big issue for you, immediately dispute the overcharge with your credit card company in writing. I am giving AU a chance to post the refund before I officially dispute the charges, but I did call my cc company to let them know what is going on.
