When did you order the DVDs? Was the charge to your credit card in August the balance ($80) or a double-charge ($115)? Check your past statements. Most people paid a deposit in Feb and then the balance in March. Unless you ordered late, a charge in August is probably a double-charge. If that is true...

Heater - I went back and looked at the tracking info again on UPS for my order and mine has 2 packages also. I just have one order out there ( and one overcharge - sigh) so don't know what that means. Maybe the 2nd package is the "extras" Ross promised to send customers because of all the problems.
