Mistakes happen. AU has damaged their reputation with at least this segment beyond repair. Shopping on the internet is a two way street of trust. The merchant has to trust that you're not buying with a stolen or forged credit card and that you won't try to claim your delivered package was lost etc. ...

I get the feeling if you cancel your order AU will just put your refund in the same queue with the rest of the double/triple charges, meaning you'll never see your money again. Ever.

I'm sure it's been brought up here before but there's seemingly more effective ways to express your opinions instead of taking it out on the poor people from the company that still log in and read messages here.
