I hope that AU knows it's "Customer Service Week" (October 7 - 11). There are posters all over my college campus and every time I see them I'm reminded of the POOR customer service we all have been recieving from AU. Is there anything that we, the customers, can do about BMG? Is there a number we could call to let them know this waiting is INSANE? Don't forget those of us who reported double charges to our banks/CC companies! I got provisional credits back in my account from my credit union, and called Wade so he knows, but have not been billed again for the set...yet.
