Thanks for the advice!!! You're right...time for me to start taking action *sigh* But at least I can be the master of my own destiny (that is, actually getting the dvds) instead of relying on AU.

Yes, im still using the same email account that i placed the order with.. and i also used to receive those emails from Au with the big colourful pictures of Claire saying "DVD's not much longer" etc So im hoping this is a good sign. What worries me is they havent charged me fully yet...and im wonder...
