Re: Discussion for Episode 15: So-Called Angels

I don't know, if the conversation was two sentences long I might have "bought" this explanation. But I'd say you have to be damn freaked out to not recognize a voice of someone you see and hear almost every day in a conversation the length that Brian and Rayann had... Yeah, I guess they just ignore...

Re: what other characters would you have wanted to narrate?

I agree with candy girl, Rickie would be my first choice for another narration. It just seems like a lot of the time he's trying so hard to please/protect others, while inside he's feeling completely different from his actions. So it could be very interesting to get a peek to his internal world. Plu...

Re: Discussion for Episode 19: In Dreams Begin Responsibilit

This may have been discussed before (did a quick search and found nothing), but who is the woman we see in Tony's bike mirror (in Patty's dream)? Context wise, it seems it should be dream-Patty but to me it looks like a different woman (I guess it could be her if the mirror isn't perfect and is dist...

Re: Discussion for Episode 15: So-Called Angels

One other question about the phone sex scene (which is probably my favourite in the whole series). We know Rayanne recognises Brian's voice the moment he starts talking. Wouldn't Brian recognise Rayanne? Her voice is pretty distinctive (not many teenage girls have drunk enough to get that kind of r...

Re: Discussion for Episode 13: Pressure

These are very interesting findings! Though as a former scientist I would have to see the actual paper to know if I can be confident in the results. Are you aware of any other, perhaps more large scale, studies on the subject that came to similar results? (not that I am in anyway disrespecting your ...

Re: Discussion for Episode 13: Pressure

Do you think that depiction has something to do with 90s in particular? I don't know, seems kinda weird to me.. :? I'm in no way an expert on teenage (or otherwise) sexual habits over the years (far from it), but ,being a teenager in the 90s, I'm pretty confident that teenagers back then didn't go s...

Re: Discussion for Episode 11: Life of Brian

Great song :)

She not only called him heartless, she also scoffed him when he suggested that they may dance or want privacy. She was really mean and heartless towards him. I think that's the only scene in the entire series where I found myself feeling like I actually dislike Angela...

Re: Discussion for Episode 11: Life of Brian

So, why did Brian not accept Angela's offer to dance? I think the answer is in the title of the next episode - self-esteem. It's obvious that Brian would have loved to hold (her hair smelled incredible) Angela and dance with her, but after she scoffed him just a few minutes ago, how could he look a...

Re: Is MSCL the greatest television series of all time?

I don't think anyone can even seriously make such a statement. But for the sake of the discussion then yeah, MSCL is, currently for me, the greatest tv show of all time. Everything just comes together so perfectly in this show - the writing, directing, acting, music - all of it just the highest qual...

Well, for starters I'm just gonna list my favorite scenes and moments from the episode (still trying to decide if it's my favorite one, so damn hard to choose just one...). Favorite Scenes : http://i.imgur.com/oGRLJ.jpg - Brian and Delia outside the burger place at night . I love this scene because ...
