I'm mostly posting this because someone needs to answer you, even if it's just a "Yeah!" from someone who doesn't know anything (me!). OK, I realize I'm probably just (still) talking to myself here. But honestly, am I the ONLY one who find this FRUSTRATING AS HELL?!? Well, not frustrating as ...

I also think calling would be your best bet, but AU did reply to my e-mail today, so they actually do take them seriously. Still, I'd call; that way you get more of a 2-way conversation, and it's immediate.
And you can remind them over and over again not to cancel your order. :)

Please, please, please don't leave us here all alone! :( It has to be annoying as hell listening to all this junk, but even if you just check back every once in a while to check for amazing lies being propagated and total panic, it would make me much more comfortable if you'd stay in some form. Feel...

Go Go Go!

I ordered on 2/9 (from a computer I don't even own anymore) and hadn't had any problems at all until 7/23. I haven't done anything drastic about the extra charges yet, so I figure my order should be fine. In fact, I may get two or three. Well, more like two and a half. Also, my week had been ...

send an additional e-mail?

Hi. But enough chit-chat. I filled out the customer service form like a week or so ago, so it hasn't been all that long. Relatively speaking. Anyhoo, referring to the last paragraph in the e-mail, should I send an e-mail to dvdsupport@anotheruniverse.com as well? I assume not; at least not for a whi...

If/when the DVDs are produced and are ready to ship, will they be shipped out even if the lunchboxes haven't arrived from Japan? Personally, I would like this to happen but what does everyone else think? I had finished my order within minutes of receiving the first e-mail, and I would still totally...

The Amazing Jason!

My sincere thanks as well. You're one of the few people that makes me think humanity might not be completely doomed. :) The way you're dealing with all this is really beautiful and I appreciate it. I've just returned from Disneyland, and I've decided that that's where you should work. There, everyon...

>> MWAH!!!! That's a big kiss. I second that! Thanks a lot for all you've put into this. Everything you've posted has made me more confident about the quality of this set, and consequently and unfortunately more impatient :) But anyhoo, I really hope this gets people to cool down a bit. Thanks again...

Re: Twin Peaks

The only thing relating this post to MSCL is that they're both TV shows, but: I've never seen *any* "Twin Peaks". What's it's appeal? I've wanted for a long time to see it, but I never had the excuse to go buy it. Without giving it all away, what kind of show is it?

so says Sparx.

Re: My chocolate-flavored words look all vanilla.

If anyone still has this white page problem, post the text it spits out. It's *very* unlikely that it has something to do with your connection, and there's a fairly good chance I'll know what's up.

That's not saying I'll be able to fix it :)

Re: What are Lifer's watching these days?

I'm about a year late for this one, but I feel like answering it anyway :) Buffy and that kind of stuff seems totally cool, but when I watch it I notice I'm looking forward to the commercials. I don't know why. On broadcast TV, all I could really get interested in was Simpsons, Ally McBeal, and The ...

Re: Do they make chocolate-flavored words for Mac OS?

Hi. I'm Kris. You *can* get Windows Media Player for Mac, if that's what you're talking about: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/default.asp I know nothing about ActiveX other than when it first started getting all over the place it was intrusive and it pissed me off. And I want...
