Martin Pierre responded about the bonus disks this morning in the "Canada and still no word" thread saying: The plans I knew were not about the refunds but rather about the Bonus disks. But once more, day passed by without news !!! In short, he was supposed to have the last contracts signed as soon ...

Yeah, didn't he pick his DVD's up right there? And then he took pictures and posted them here, didn't he? You should try searching for the thread.

Thanks vapspwi.

I finally made it down to my bank last night to get an statement update on my visa and it doesn't look like they've done anything yet about the double charge. So, I think I am going to call them again today just to see what's going on.

Whenever I've dealt with having to pay UPS, I just give them a cheque, you don't have to pay cash. So, if you have your chequebook at home, you can just write them one. If you don't, I think they would come back tomorrow, because they do say they will try to deliver it 3 times, right? They'll leave ...

Okay, thanks Jim! I was wondering because it seemed too easy when I called. Everyone here said they had such a hassle and then had to send pages and pages of documentation, but they didn't ask me for anything on paper yet. My 2 charges were made within days of each other in August (although I was pa...

but I did notice today that I had a $115 credit to my account that appears to be some weird transaction, probably an interim "pending resolution" refund of the disputed charge. I called Visa about 2 weeks ago about being double charged, and after describing the situation on the phone, they said I w...

You can also call UPS with your tracking number and ask them if there is a COD charge on it and if so what the amount is. I had to call UPS about an address change and she told me right then what my COD charge was (for CDN taxes). So they should definitely be able to tell you if you have to pay a ba...

Starrox, did you call UPS? If you haven't already, call them and find out what is going on with your package. They might have some more info then just the basic stuff that is showing on your tracking screen.

I also tried to change my address with AU in the summer via email and phone, then later in the fall I phoned and changed it with an actual person, and still the DVD's went out to my old address. Once you get your tracking number, it will say which address it's going to, then call UPS back and change...

It is for tax. I got mine today and paid $23.68 as well. $11.05 for GST and $12.63 for PST, that's what's on my UPS receipt that was on the box. No other fees were charged to me.

Canadian and got my DVD's too!

I'm in Ontario and UPS just brought my DVD's to my door! I guess tracking down the UPS driver yesterday paid off, I think she rerouted them herself for me. I'm not sure my address change with UPS has actually been processed yet.

Now I just have to make sure they work! I hope they do.

I'm in Ontario. I ran into the UPS truck today. I live in a small town so it wasn't hard to spot her. Anyway, she didn't have them on the truck today, but said maybe tomorrow. I gave her my tracking number and my new address and told her I had called and changed my address with UPS Canada, and she s...

Hi everyone, I live in Canada and got my tracking number on Friday night (Nov 22). I checked today and found that the DVD's are about a half hour away from me at their depot, and are being delivered today with a $23.68 charge (CDN$) attached, I assume for customs. That was fast, I thought, from what...
