When I got my refund "check" (it was a money order) way back in December, it came from The Bank of the West, which sounded really fake to me. The money order even had a buffalo on it. I was really worried it would never clear, but it did. Just an FYI.... Bank of the West is a legitimate banking ins...

So is anyone here still in contact with that guy Robert from G-Whiz that made the lunchboxes??? Maybe he could confirm whether or not they have been shipped yet and what the estimated delivery date to AU was???

I think it is a fabulous idea, but don't you think this thing is probably not big enough for Moore to touch??? It would be awesome if he or someone else like him would get involved in making Ross life a permanent nightmare

I could be way off base, but I think what Jason is trying to imply here is that double billed customers may be able to use this e-mail as part of their dispute package.....that this e-mail coming from an employee of AU shows that AU is definitely aware of the double bill problem and it hints at the ...

Sure I'm down....I have no idea where to start but I'll be a part of it.

moviezzz, I've been a part of this process from the begining (as I'm sure you have) as an original petition signer and as a customer placing my order the first day it was available and throughot that time I've always been under the impression that there would be something "extra" included with order...

I think you're best bet then would just be to ship it to yourself for free and then just know it will be waiting for you when you get back if it doesn't happen to come early....that's what I would do :) But if you want to throw down the extra $$ for 2 day shipping go for it, but that doesn't guarnte...

Good question, but maybe we should just wait and see if we ever actually get the darn things before worring to much about how to return an already cancelled order....Just a thought

Can't you just ship it home to you're parents house...or wherever you're going to be???
