I'm thinking cancelling sounds mighty reasonable if no bonus materials are included concidering the high price I've already paid....

It was expected that the bonus material (lunch box, bonus dvd) would arrive in early October; however, this was expected when the MSCL box set was expected to ship Sept 17th.
