Jordan and Angela have both woken up.
Jordan : Angela.. I'm really sorry, y'know, about how I was earlier. Because I meant what I said at school, and I don't want to like, lose you again or whatever... (trails off)
Angela: It's... it's okay. Vo: Here I am, forgiving Jordan again. Sickening, I know, but for some reason... I mean it. I do forgive him. For everything. He's touching my cheek. He's touching my cheek and I feel a tingle that runs all the way down to my toes.
Jordan: begins to kiss her
Angela: reacts to the kiss and kisses back, but after awhile breaks away.
Angela: Jordan... what time is it? It's really late. Ohmigod, it's 1 o'clock, my parents are going to kill me! I have to go home!
Jordan: (smiles) Okay... (kisses her) But can I play a song first? I wrote it.. y'know... about us.
Angela: (Smiles to herself) yeah.. yeah. (sits down, prepared to listen)
Jordan: (sits down and begins to strum his guitar. Gets a thoughtful look on his face.)
It's called 'Troubled Times.'

Were you reaching for attention, hoping she would notice you
Collecting bottles and thrown - away cans
Like she was returnable

Rolling with the motion, waiting 'til it's opportune

But you made it through the troubled times

And it takes a lot of nerve to ask how she is doing

(Pan to Angela, who wipes a tear from her cheek. Walks over to Jordan and leans down, kissing him without saying a word. Jordan sets down his guitar, then kisses her back.)

Angela: Jordan... that was.. beautiful.
(Jordan blushes)
Jordan: I just.. always knew, you know?
Angela Knew what?
Jordan: That we would like, make it, or whatever.
Angela: (smiling) what.. through the troubled times?
Jordan: Well.. (smiling) yeah...
(They kiss as we hear Jordan's song lightly in the backgroud. Fade out.)

Author's note: "Troubled Times" is a real song by Fountains of Wayne. It's a really really pretty song on a great cd called Utopia Parkway, and I thought it fit what happened in the series and in our fanfiction with Angela and Jordan perfectly. However, in the story, it was written by Jordan, and not Fountains of Wayne. This time what he wrote for Angela was his original work! If you aren't familiar with the song, check it out. You need to know it to picture the scene above, and it's an awesome cd anyway. That's all for now.
