brian runs down the hall. he looks out of the building, angela is running across the field.
brian: ANGELA! ... ANGELA!
she cannot hear him. and continues running. there are some long-distance runners doing laps around the field, she slows down.
brian: ANGELA!
she turns around, her eyes wet and red. she turns back, but there are too many running by to pass. brian slows down behind her.
brian: why'd you do it?
angela: what? do what?... look i thought you were jordan. i... i said that.
brian: then why did you run?
angela: i was... embarrassed... delia is your... girlfriend and ...
brian: you called my name
angela: what? i didn't...
brian: you said 'brian'
