ANGELA: yeah, I know. say something. ANYTHING. SPEAK!
JORDAN: Well,um, yeah. I'm gonna go see Brain now. walks away
Angela shuts the door and leans against it. She stands there for a few seconds, then collects herself and goes back to Rickie and Rayanne.
RAYANNE: So? Who was that?
ANGELA: No one.
RICKIE: no one??
ANGELA:Just...no one. ok?
GRAHAM: Ok, kids! Come on down!
Rickie and Rayanne race eachother downstairs, but Angela lingers in her room. she moves the curtain from her window and looks down at Brian's porch. Jordan and Brian are talking. Brian looks really uncomfortable.
ANGELA:Life can be so..surreal sometimes. Like the two least likely people to be having a voluntary conversation...God I wonder what they're talking about. she goes downstairs reluctantly.

DANIELLE: Angela? Earth to Angela? ANGELA!
ANGELA: what! Danielle. what do you want?
DANIELLE: could you please pass the salt?
ANGELA:Mom, could I be excused?
PATTY: No, Angela, you have guests.
RAYANNE: That's ok, we're about done, anyway, aren't we, Rickie? Picking up her own plate and grabbing Rickie's plate from him mid-bite.
RICKIE: um. <"do I have a CHOICE?"> I guess so.
PATTY: well, I guess so then.
ANGELA: thanks. without waiting for Rickie or Rayanne, she grabs her coat and goes out, slamming the door behind her.
