Another Universe Vs. Amazon

Post by Natasha (candygirl) » Jan 24th 2003, 3:38 pm

Another Universe:
2/02 preordered MSCL, paid $20 despost
3/02 AU charged my card the $80 balance without my permission
6/02-10/02 delays, lies, BS from Ross
11/02 received MSCL box set
1/02 still no bonus disc or lunchbox

Amazon:
12/8 ordered some Christmas presents for my sisters
12/12 merchandise arrived
1/13 received email confirming shipment
1/21 Amazon charged my card

Notice the distinctly contrasting styles of doing business - I had my sisters' Christmas DVDs for over a month before Amazon charged me, while AU has had my money for almost a year but still hasn't completed my order.

Gotta love Amazon.

:D

Or hate AU.

Look, if this is weird for you, being tutored? I don't mind helping you a little longer.
You could have sex with me if you really want to help...I guess that's a "no"?

Hello,

Went to Amazon on Monday ordered Starblazers: Season One Box Set, one day shipping. I got the set on Tuesday afternoon.

Great service, used them in the past, I will use them again.

Best,

Lance Man
