fans of abcs my so-called life, nervous that the low rated teen drama might get axed after its first season, organized a grassroots campaign on the internet to save the show. in its first week operation life support dispatched 400 emails with the message that life is worth saving. since then, the group has been bombarded w/over 300 email replies daily and a barrage of phone calls and letters. "most people get really emotional, saying stuff like 'dont you dare cancel the show. my kids are crying!'
