Amazon.com email address?

I'm sure many of you have noticed that on Amazon, it says "expected ship date/arrival date June__ 2003 - Nov__ 2002." (I don't remember the exact days, June20, Nov18?) What does that mean?!? I know they won't ship until Nov 19th at least, but what's up with June 2003 being on there?Does anyone know of a customer service email address for Amazon.com? I looked on the website, but for the life of me I can't find one anywhere. Please help! Thanks.

We talked about this a few days back and I emailed them through their CS form and this is the reply that I got:

Thank you for writing to Amazon.com with your concern.

I have investigated your order and determined that the estimated
shipment and delivery dates displayed in your order confirmation e-
mail and Your Account were incorrect. Please accept our sincere
apologies for this error. Our developers are currently working to
correct this problem.

In actuality, you can expect your order to be delivered by November
07, 2002.

Again, I am sorry for any alarm this error may have caused. I hope
this information helps put your mind at ease. Thank you again for
contacting us at Amazon.com.
