I always thought your former avatar was pretty cool, and am impressed that it was your own creation. :D
Thank you. :)

Mine's simple...just Audrey Hepburn. I'm a movie fanatic and love old films, especially anything with Audrey. What a classy, beautiful lady with a kind soul (she dedicated much of her life to selflessness and charity). The world needs more "Audreys".

That's all!

First of all I liked the old forum better in that a person could post a reply direclty under the post they were replying to. (O.K. SoapBox is back in it's case.) DreamTheater, that was a great cartoon. I didn't know if anyone here would have any Idea who Gazoo was. Like your new avatar also. And Krokros....is that really you holding that bow and arrow?... Hmm....I have to say you cast quite a striking profile there young lady!

Actually I like the new forum better so that you can quote what you are replying to. I'm not a big fan of threaded posts because they get so messy. I'm just anal that way.

I love everyone's avatars, especially dtheater's new Calvin one!

Where'd you get that nifty period costume, Krokros? Catalog, taylor, do-it-yourself-project? And are you really an archer, or were you just posing like that to look cool? (I do that a lot, but with swords)

mine is just the start of my favorite quote from MSCL. I had one that was a really nice photo of Claire, but I went with the quote instead.

Dunno why.

My avatar is James Marsters in all his yummy goodness. I chose it because Spike, like Jordan, appeals to me not just for his good looks but for the sensitivity with which he portrays his character. Something about Spike seems vulnerable beneath that tough facade, again - like Jordan - yearning for love but afraid of what it will bring.

Was that corny enough for you?!

The avatar is my (almost) brand-new Harley-Davidson FXDXT "Dyna Superglide T-Sport". The pics were taken on Dec. 20, 2001, the day it was purchased. My timing was _almost_ perfect, as I was subsequently laid of from my day-job as a computer programmer on Dec. 28th. I'm still on unemployment 10 months later, with some part-time income as an IATSE union stagehand.

More pics of the bike are at 'members.cox.net/madmichael'. I took it to California and back last April. Had _lots_ of fun going thru 12 miles of dust-storm in Monument Valley, AZ.[/i]

My Avatar....

Post by lance » Dec 9th 2002, 7:15 pm

Hey all,

As you may have guessed my avatar is me, South Parked. I love to say that I was the one who drew this, but that would be wrong and untrue. Instead the credit goes to my friend Michael , who does lurk but has not posted yet.

He and I have been busy colaborating on working on images of all kinds. He is a computer dude and understands how to use Adobe Photoshop size various images. I have tried my hand at this without much sucess thus far. Oh well, practice makes better.

He custom made this South Park figure as he does all of his figures. For those of you into South Park, like Me and Clarence Worthy, please read the following:

Hey Lance!

The Marklarium
http://www.mekulius.com/Marklarium/index.htm
Featuring southparked versions of people (including
you in the "Friends of Mek" section)

South Park Character Gallery (SPCG)
http://www.mekulius.com/SPCG2/index.htm
Featuring characters from the show. (Major overhaul
is currently underway.)

South Park Fandom Archives (SPFA)
http://www.mekulius.com/SPFandom/index.htm
Featuring the archives of the Daily Marklar
newsletter, links to online clubs and other South Park
sites, SP fan fics, and much more.

Michael (aka Mek)

Michael has done some excellent images of South Park characters, his friends and fellow employees. Maybe if you ask him he might South Park you, visit his site, check it out.

candygirl

I am catching up on this season of South Park. I don't have cable so Micheal records South Park and Farscape for me.

kman

I miss your avatar. I hope you work the bugs out of your new one.

mephisto

Any plans on changing your avatar anytime soon? Any new pictures of Ross?

That's it for now, I love the Avatars on this site.

Lance Man

P.S. I might change my avatar in month or so. Anybody interested in seeing me and my wife South Parked?[/b]
