Who would have played Tino?

Who would have played Tino?

So if there had been a season 2 maybe we would have eventually seen the elusive Tino. Who do you think would have played Tino? I picture Judd Nelson (a la Breakfast Club character). I know Judd Nelson was too old to play a teenager by that time but his character in the Breakfast Club reminds me of how I think Tino would be.
