At Long Last, An Official Region 2 Release!

"My So-Called Life" was released on DVD in Germany and the UK. Other countries may follow.

Yup, no subtitles and no bonus features.

Despite that I'm still happy to own the series on DVD now. :)

yes i am happy to have a good quality copy. picture is much clearer than the copy i bought off ebay although that did have subtitles

At last im the proud owner of the complete series on DVD. I had no clue at all about its existence until i spotted it on the shelves at my local HMV. :o £29.95 it cost. Money well spent.

HI all,

I have the original lunchbox set (suffering the whole Another Universe debacle). This is of course a BMG pressing, in NTSC (region 0).

I live in the UK and was wondering if the newly release Playback version (R2 and PAL, of course) was any better in quality? I was always a little disappointed in the quality of the BMG version.

Does anyone have them both?
