if there was one thing in this world that you could put into a jar and keep with you forever, what would it be? dont take it too literally. just imagine that anything is able to fit into a jar.

The first thing that came to my mind was something that's already in a bottle: women's perfumes. A good perfume is memorable -- maybe not the name, but the scent. It announces a woman's presence. I thought just now...it would be nice to be able to open a bottle now and breathe in some memories. My apartment has been quite perfume free as of late. But new scents await.

that's so nice, tomspeed. wouldn't it be cool to be able to bottle scents from your memories? I don't wear perfume much anymore (who has the time?) but I keep this one old bottle because it reminds me of a fun trip I had to Florida in high school.
