Did anyone see skin last night...

MSCL may be gone from the tv screen, but there are lots of good (and bad) new productions airing each week. Talk with other MSCL fans about your favorite shows or the shows you hate. Of course you can also discuss TV show DVD releases here.

I found it boring too... and predictible and very unrealistic. The 2 actors are way too good looking... They look like they would be jerks in real life... "I'm a virgin" "....me too...shhhh" that KILLS me!

FYI - Skin was officially cancelled by Fox after three episodes. I guess I am surprised that they gave it that long. It now joins Coupling, Luis, and the Brothers of Poland NH in the 2003 graveyard.

Look, if this is weird for you, being tutored? I don't mind helping you a little longer.
You could have sex with me if you really want to help...I guess that's a "no"?

Nope, it's gone for good. They will be airing two episodes of Joe Millionaire from now on.

The move comes on the heels of the show's disastrous performance last night where it snagged a paltry 1.8 rating/4 share among adults 18-49 and only 4 million viewers overall according to fast national data. The news was announced via press release this afternoon.

In its place, FOX plans to double-pump episodes of "Joe Millionaire" on Mondays at 8:00/7:00c and 9:00/8:00c starting next week with its two-hour finale now back on for November 24. On Thursdays, FOX will replace its weekly "Skin" replay with encores of "The O.C." To review, here's a breakdown of FOX's Monday and Thursday schedule for the remainder of November sweeps:

Thursday, November 6:
8:00/7:00c - "Tru Calling: Putting out Fires"
9:00/8:00c - "The O.C.: The Heights" (Repeat)

Monday, November 10:
8:00/7:00c - "Joe Millionaire: Episode #205"
9:00/8:00c - "Joe Millionaire: Episode #206"

Thursday, November 13:
8:00/7:00c - "Tru Calling: Brother's Keeper"
9:00/8:00c - "The O.C.: The Perfect Couple" (Repeat)

Monday, November 17:
8:00/7:00c - "Joe Millionaire: Episode #207"
9:00/8:00c - "Joe Millionaire: Episode #208"

Thursday, November 20:
8:00/7:00c - "Tru Calling: Past Tense"
9:00/8:00c - "The O.C.: The Homecoming" (Repeat)

Monday, November 24:
8:00/7:00c - "Joe Millionaire: Episode #209"
9:00/8:00c - "Joe Millionaire: Episode #210" (Season Finale)

Eight episodes of "Skin" were produced before its cancellation, leaving five installments unaired. Jerry Bruckheimer, Jonathan Littman and Jim Leonard were the executive producers for Jerry Bruckheimer Television and Hoosier Karma Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.

Oh, and "Boomtown" has been cancelled too today.
