MSCL may be gone from the tv screen, but there are lots of good (and bad) new productions airing each week. Talk with other MSCL fans about your favorite shows or the shows you hate. Of course you can also discuss TV show DVD releases here.

Lance was referring to Lorne being made an official regular cast member (referring to his contract and his place in the credits) rather than how often he appears on the show. Prior to March, Andy Hallett is listed as a "special guest star" during the first few moments of the show following the teaser instead of being listed with DB, CC, etc during the opening credits.

Caritas is Lorne's karaoke bar, and Pylea is his home dimension.

Speaking of the opening credits, did anyone else notice that Sean Astin directed this week's episode of Angel? Sean Astin as in the Goonies and Rudy and LOTR! Then again, they did show him directing his own little documentary on friendship in that TT behind the scenes special.

The Goonies. I remember that movie...barely. Mindless fun is what comes to mind. Maybe Sean was influenced by Steven Spielberg, who I think was involved in making The Goonies?

I think it is kind of interesting that this is the first time the film RUDY has been mentioned in the forum. That is a great movie and S. Astin shines.

I must admit that when some guys told me that the team didn't really go to the coach and put their jerseys on his desk so that Rudy could play in that last game, it shattered my belief in the veritas of cinema.

:(

Rudy! Rudy! Rudy!

Great movie. That's one of the few movies I picked for a former girl friend and I to watch that she liked. I was on a bad streak picking movies at Blockbuster when I dated her. Maybe that's why she dumped me?

I ran across this interview on Eonline today with the cast of Angel and thought y'all might enjoy reading it.

A new episode?

Yes!

Those three week breaks certainly do suck. This should be a good episode.

I normally don't watch Angel (my boyfriend watches every week though), but tonight when I heard Faith's voice I ran into the living room and I started watching. I loved Faith when she was on Buffy and tonight it was the same old Faith. I am probably going to watch the next couple episodes that she is in on Angel and I am definitely going to watch Buffy's last episodes, not only because Faith is going to be in them, but to draw closure (I watched the first few seasons of Buffy religiously but quit watching the season Faith left). Tonights Angel rocked.
