Roger Rees, who played Vic Racine in The Substitute, appeared in this week's episode of Grey's Anatomy (3.18 Scars & Souvenirs) as a ringer for the chief of medicine position, a prominent cardiothoracic surgeon, and Cristina's ex-lover. Whew!
