Mary Kay Place is a cast member of the new HBO series
Big Love, which centers around a polygamist and his three wives. Also starring Bill Paxton, Jeanne Tripplehorn, Chloe Sevigny, Harry Dean Stanton, Amanda Seyfried, and Daveigh Chase. The series is set to premiere in January 2006.

She played Camille on MSCL. Mary Kay Place is her real name.

I've seen every episode so far, but I haven't really formed an opinion yet. It's not bad, but I'm not sure that I'd say that I like it yet. The three main actresses are very good though (I really like Ginnifer Goodwin). Mary Kay has a pretty big role; she plays the mother of Nicki, the second wife, played by Chloë Sevigny (Last Days of Disco, Boys Don't Cry, etc.). Mary Kay's character lives on a compound and is one of the many wives of the "prophet".
