the book "my so called life goes on"

Hi everybody,
well, recently I watch MSCL again, it's so great.
Anyway, I'm searching the book "my so called life goes on"! Here in Germany I see no chance in finding it, even not on the internet.
Does anybody maybe has it but already read it and don't need it anymore? If not, where can I get it?
