I sent one to every person who emailed me or PMed me about it. I don't have the list in front of me (and not all the real names match up with forum names) but I'm pretty sure you were on the list.

I just got my copy in the mail. Thank you so so much! I can't wait to listen to it. HOw can I re-pay you?

Wow, that was fast! Remind me not to badmouth the USPS anymore - I mailed them all out on Friday and it got to Virginia by Monday!!

Hopefully our DVDs will ship that quickly.

I'd love to get my hands on one of those CDs, but I live in the UK so I don't expect it'll be easy. What I was wondering was if you'd sent one to anyone over here, who I can PM and ask them to copy it for me...

I sent several copies to the UK, so I will see if any of those lucky kids would like to get a copy to you. I don't know too much about international mailing (except that I had to fill out a million forms in triplicate), but this will help you avoid customs charges as well, right?
