Updated time line

I'd like to get a complete time line thru the most recent events with the series set release. Please help me fill in 99-02.

Bah! I sneer at you and your USA based timeline - here across the pond MSCL didn't even start to air 'till July '95.
I watched it alone, being unable to persuade any of my friends it was worth seeing and - FYI - I've never watched it again since, hence the DVD box set being rather special to me as it will only be my second viewing.
