Music from Van Morrison in MSCL?

Can someone listen to "These are the Days" by Van Morrison. Just the very beginning where the music is playing and tell me if this sounds like some of the background music from MSCL (specifically the earlier episodes). If it's not, it sure sounds alot like it.
