Yeah, this has been mentioned in a lot of gossip sections in the past days. But Claire Danes' rep has been quoted numerous times that "Claire Danes and Billy Crudup are just friends".
I just hope this rumor doesn't turns out to be true. Claire managed to stay out of the Hollywood gossip sections for so many years and she and Ben seemed to be pretty happy.

Ugh! This is just ugly news. I like Crudup. He's a good actor. But he's having a baby with another woman. You'd think Claire would stay clear and Billy would know better. Acting together does stoke the romantic fires. But come on! I hope it's just a rumor, too. But I have a sinking feeling that it's true.

After month of rumours appearing nearly everywhere and unconfirmed sightings at bingo evenings, dinners and breakfasts, a poster at Absolute-Claire-Forum found paparazzi shots of Claire and Billy Crudup holding hands in the public:
BTW Billy's and his former longtime girlfriend Mary-Louise Parker's son William Atticus was born January 7.
