Chat

Post by Jack » Nov 18th 1999, 1:02 am

Hey, we should all go to the chat room once in a while. What'd'ya say everybody? There's about
a half dozen of us that seem to be posting on the discussion board everyday or so, so we should
set up a time for chatting. Talk about the soundtrack, analyze episodes, talk about ourselves,
whatever.

We most definitely need to chat...it probably wouldn't take as long to get ideas then since we could discuss them real time. I'm available almost every evening from 5:00 on, so just whenever.

Hey, who wants to go to the chat room right now?
It seems like several are on right now.

I went over to the chat room and nobody was there, unless I did it wrong. I'll try again and hangout
for about five minutes. So if you get this old guy, get over there fast.

Sorry --- I feel like an idiot. How do you actually get in the chat room?

I got to the chat room ... but nothing seemed to work.
How do you enter anything, or make conversation?
It seemd completely non-functional. What am I
missing?

Alright, hopefully you're still here. You go to the TINO site map and go to chat room (you already know
this). Then type in Oldguy and press on "join". Then on the next screen, you just type on the line
to make an entry, then hit "enter" on your keyboard. I'll head back over again and wait a few minutes.
Hopefully this will work.

For some reason... none of this happened the first time I went to the chat room.
OK, it all works now. Really, believe me... it wasn't working earlier!

Sorry if I made you wait.

Hey Oldguy, are you still here? Am I the last one up? Again?
Hello...hello...Bueller?...Bueller?...Catalano?...

Okay Oldguy, I'm up working late. I have about twenty minutes before I can shut off the
video decks. I'm giving you about five minutes to post. If you post, we'll go to the chat room.
