I haven't seen this movie in years, and then tonight we watched it in my scriptwriting class. it was a lesson on structure. anyway, I noticed a few connections to MSCL. Ms. Mayhew (haven't a clue the actress's name), has a minor part as a co-worker in love with Nicholas Cage's character. plus the mother yells at her husband that he's going to die someday. then there is a small connection to Felicity: Felicity's psychiatrist has a small role. the film seems so old that I was recognizing all kinds of people! it was a fun movie, though.
