I thought this too about Jennifer Aniston until I saw The Good Girl - IMHO she has the ability to shatter that whole 'Rachel' thing but it seems to be that this role is the exception in the stream of 'romcom funnygirls' she wants to play. I'm hoping to see her doing some other styles soon as I think she could definitely pull it off.

Sandra Bullock - I agree with you!

I'll have to check out 'The Good Girl.' That's the one about an older woman (Aniston) having an affair with a younger man, right? I've liked the movies I've seen Jennifer Aniston in, like 'Office Space' and 'Along Came Polly,' I just thought maybe she wasn't the best choice for the characters. And I don't really think she's a bad actress, it's just that something seems off there with the characters she plays. Of course, I'm not a movie casting person, so I don't know who would be a better choice. I'd have to think about that.

What is romcom? I've never heard of that before.

I agree that The Good Girl is a great film and definitely worth seeing. Both Jennifer Anniston and Jake Gyllenhaal depart from their usual characters. Jennifer's character is actually kind of dowdy and ordinary. and she pulls this off well. down to her frumpy walk and baggy clothes.

How are they going to do That 70s Show without it's main character, Eric (Topher Grace)? That sounds like a stinker to me.

Everyone assumed this would be the last year for That 70s Show since it was well-known that both Topher's and Ashton's contracts ended at the end of this season and they have made it clear that they both want to do more movies (or hidden camera shows?). It was kind of surprising that they decided to do another season without them. The rest of the cast will remain though. My boyfriend is rooting for more Fez time.

Hee, a few weeks ago after That 70s Show, we heard the Fox teaser saying, "Stay tuned for the season finale of Quintuplets!" My boyfriend laughed and said, "More like the series finale!" I have never watched that show, but we'll have to wait and see if he was right and it gets cancelled.
