:D

Have you read any of the Watchers Diaries?
There are watcher diaries?

No, but I will check it out my place of employment. Have you read them? Any good?

New episode tonight - woo hoo!

Enjoy it since it'll be three weeks of reruns in April again after this new ep (which was after three weeks of reruns in March). Three new episodes in nine weeks - damn, I hate this.

New Episode!

Yes :D

Three more weeks of re-runs. Darn! Thanks goodness for Angel.

Wow,

Last night's episode was really good. I love the fact that they fleshed out Spike's background more. Cool, now on to Angel.

Yes! (Keeping fingers crossed that Angel gets renewed)

Thanks for the information, you are so good about getting information for us I have a question: Do you happen to know what James is going to say before he says it?

OCD! OCD! OCD!

Wendy just updated her Spoilerzone.

Latest news – April 6, 2003
Now Shooting: Episode 22

Latest Rumors:

My apologies for the short update, but I have new information about the series finale (episode 22 - Chosen).

In the final battle, Spike sacrifices his life to save the world. Buffy tells him she loves him, but he thinks she is just being nice because he is about to die.

Join me in the Crypt of Decryption:

This is currently preliminary information, and the scenes have not been filmed yet. We also have to consider the possibility of being misled. But this is the current information that is circulating, and I think there is a high probability that this is the ending for Spike that we will see.

At a recent convention in Pasadena, James Marsters said that he was planning to appear on Angel next season. I see no reason to dispute this information as characters who have died often appear again on Mutant Enemy shows. I do not know how this will happen, but I would not be surprised if Spike survived the final battle somehow, either by some mystical reward (i.e., shanshu) or some other possibility. I do not know if it is planned to address this at the end of the Buffy finale or at the beginning of Angel's next season.
Keep in mind that this is technically still speculation but Wendy has a pretty good track record - her spoilers are usually reliable.

I have no idea how this would translate to him joining the Angel cast in the fall (fingers crossed for renewal), but remember that death doesn't always mean a whole heck of a lot in the Jossverse - Buffy died (twice), Angel was sent to hell, Darla was dusted and they all came back.

If nothing else, Spike could always turn up in Angel's flashbacks. I wonder if Joss has implemented active disinformation for the finale, like last season's 24 triple-option midnight.

The flashback option has been discussed, but Joss said that it would be something more permanent, most likely a 10 episode deal (and I just can't see them doing THAT many flashbacks in one season) until he (Joss, not James) can work out a new spinoff for as yet undisclosed characters.

LOL!

I would love to see Spike on Angel. Two vampires with souls! Now they can actually work out vacations and job sharing arrangements :D

Yes, I would love to hear Spike grilling Angel about health benefits and 401K!
