It sounds almost unbelievable, but fifteen years ago on this day, Aug 25 1994, ABC aired the first episode of "My So-Called Life." The show was canceled less than nine months later, but it's still a world-wide phenomenon. New generations of viewers have discovered the show in recent years, thanks to the DVD releases and the online offers of ABC.com and hulu.com.
Why not relive history and watch the entire episode again, fifteen years later? Here's the link to the first episode on hulu.com (only available in the US):
I remember watching the show 15 years ago like it was yesterday.

I love this show. I can't believe it is 15 years. This programme touched my life so much. I think it has touched everybody in some way. Come on Winnie, Claire and the rest of the MSCL crew make a reunion show. End the suffering of all MSCL fans. Happy Birthday MSCL.

So wouldn't that make Angela Chase 30 years old now? Happy 15th anniversary MSCL.

Wow, truly amazing. The show still stands up all these years later - even to a new audience and new generation. Thanks for posting!

It almost pisses me off seeing this, this show was so good. I remember looking at it as a beckon of hope and reality when in high school. TV execs are dumbasses ... plus, the show has a kick ass soundtrack. I found this list of its soundtrack...oh the memories.
