Break up

HI,
I´m Madeleine and I´m from Germany. I hope, you can help me. I´ve got one question. In the episode "break up" is Angela something saying, and i can´t understand what. She says:" Sometimes someone say something really small and...." Who can tell me, waht she said.

The quote is as follows:

Its from episode 13 entitled Pressure. Check the transcripts page for more info...
