Angela probably feels bad that she missed the concert. So, she asks to borrow the shirt. Plus, they probably share each other's clothes and shoes often. I love the lines dealing with Angela's clothes in that episode. Patty says to Vivian, "I asked her to change." Angela says, "No, you didn't."
