I've noticed that a lot of forums are slow. People just aren't yakking it up like in the winter.

That, and your avatar scares the crap out of us. But we still like you.

Gary

p.s. That's odd. My post is before two others posts that were here before I wrote mine...

LOL!

Yeah,

Normally when I check in the morning to forum I notice 40-60 new posts. This past week I have noticed only 20-25 new posts. Maybe posters are taking vacations or enjoying good weather.

Hopefully they are not working, or at least not working too hard.

Of course there is the factor of fnordboy's new avatar. Might be the reason why GaryEA doesn't post as often as he could.

Best,

Lance Man

Dammit, that's it! If he would just stick with his old avatar, I'd be up to a couple grand by now. But noooooo...

Bah!

HA!

Don't blame your inadequacies on me. My avatar doesn't stop Lance from posting. (and he isn't even from the east coast).

What does the east coast have to do it? lance is more geographically secure?

Besides, lance is a posting machine. The man writes in his sleep. :D

I was just commenting on the east coast being the tougher coast, more able to handle the scary avatar. Guess that didn't work....i was trying to make a funny.

IMHO, they don't make slackers like they they used to. In my day, the slack was so thick you could cut it with a knife. Why I recall a year when my best friend and I did nothing but shoot the bull and play RPGs, because there was nothing better to do! We got so bored we even re-painted and re-floored his bedroom while we were at it! Another year, he and his roommate did nothing but play Final Fantasy VII all day long, but it was good, because slackers had standards back then, godsdammit! These slackers nowadays, no standards at al...

:x

Well, I generally come in at least fifteen minutes late, ah, I use the side door--that way Lumbergh can't see me, heh--after that I sorta space out for an hour.

Space out?

Yeah, I just stare at my desk, but it looks like I'm working. I do that for probably another hour after lunch too, I'd say in a given week I probably only do about fifteen minutes of real, actual, work.
