Has anyone gotten this "Letter of Apology"?

I'm curious where/when we are supposed to be getting this "apology". I've asked for something from AU on the phone, and in two emails/form submittals in the past couple months, but I don't get any reply.
Basically they stole $70 from my account for a week. Granted, they gave it back, but it was still STOLEN from me for that time. I was overcharged, and I had to pay bills late, and almost couldn't pay rent on time. I can't beleive a company can get away with doing this without any action against them.
If I could get this set anywhere else, I DEFINITELY WOULD. But I'm afraid that AU would just keep my money.
This whole ordeal has been udderly rediculous, and they haven't even offered a good explaination/apology.
Is there any way that we could all get together and take action against them? Is that possible? Is it worth it at this point?
I dunno. I just want my box set.
Will I actually have it on the 17th? Or is that when they'll start shipping it out? I'm hoping to have it by the end of next week, but I'm not expecting it until Dec. the rate AU is going....
